The ESBE series VTN200 is a perfect range of safety valves for mono bloc heat pumps that produces both heating and cooling. An ambient temperature sensor ensures that even if the media temperature drops below 3 °C during warm weather, the VTN200 stays closed, making sure that the system is not drained when it is not required. But during cold weather, the VTN200 will evacuate water in the same way as our VTN100. This means that in case of a power outage during cold weather, the heat pump and plate heat exchanger should not freeze and break.
