2023-10-24

ESBE offers three different 3-way rotary VRG valves. What sets them apart? Let us show and tell you about the differences.

At ESBE, we are known for our high-performance and reliable valves and controls. The VRG program consists of a versatile series of 3-way and 4-way valves. These valves regulate the comfort of heating in millions of European homes. How do you know which model does the job best?

In this article, we present the similarities and differences between the 3-way valves VRG130, VRG230, and VRG330

Similarities and differences between ESBE VRG130 and ESBE VRG330
Both valve series VRG130 and VRG330 are sustainable options for mixing and diverting where you seek outstanding regulation performance. The valve bodies are made of high-performance brass and can be used for both heating and cooling applications. The valves are easy to install, provide a long lifespan, and offer the lowest internal leakage in the market (less than 0.05 percent). You can turn and rotate them to suit various installation layouts.
The difference between the VRG130 series and the VRG330 series is that VRG330 is designed for high-flow applications and is therefore constructed with an extra-high Kvs value between port ◼️-▲.

ESBE VRG230 area of use
The VRG230 series consists of 3-way valves primarily used for mid-port change-over, but they also perform effectively for both mixing and diverting operations.. Just like other valves in the 3-way VRG family, VRG230 valves are made of high-performance brass and can be used in heating and cooling installations. Installing the valve series is simple, the lifespan is long, and you can turn and rotate the valve to fit various installation layouts.
