VTN ANTI-FREEZE VALVE INSTALLED IN ”OUR OWN SOIL” IN REFTELE!

”No new idea shall be released into the market that has not first been tested in our own soil”. This motto is something we at ESBE often come back to. It was our founder Johan August Skogsfors who coined it, meaning that all products must be tested thoroughly before they can be sold to our customers. His words live on to this day. Not only by running many long tests with every product in our test laboratory, but also by gladly installing our own products in our properties – or why not in a neighbor's property?
That is exactly what happened now. When our Sales Manager in Sweden, Fredrik, passed an installer in full swing mounting a new heat pump in a property in Reftele, he got an idea. Wouldn't it be very fitting to apply ESBE's motto here and try our idea in ”our own soil”?
Said and done, Fredrik set the ball rolling and quickly procured two VTN100 Anti-freeze valves that could be fitted in the system. Here is what Fredrik says about the idea:
”ESBE and the Skogsfors family are deeply rooted in Reftele and passionate about keeping the town vibrant. Being able to help a neighbor by ensuring that their new heat pump is winter-proofed aligns perfectly with that. And it gives us a chance to live up to Johan August's motto, which is a nice little icing on the cake.”
The installer who performed the job came from Bravida in Värnamo, and ESBE wanting to step in and sponsor the job came as a pleasant surprise. Simon Pantzar at Bravida thought it was fun that the installation had such a local connection:
”We had received a job to replace an air-to-water heat pump at a customer's site in Reftele. The system uses fluid as a refrigerant between the outdoor and indoor units, so there is a risk of freezing if the temperature drops. The fact that you at ESBE reached out and offered two of your new anti-freeze valves was very positive, and of course extra fun that both you and the customer were based in Reftele.”
In connection with Bravida replacing the heat pump for the property, which is a public facility with a gym, they also took the opportunity to run new pipes and install fan heaters in both changing rooms.
Simon has previously used ESBE's products in work he has carried out:

Naturally, we don't view this specific instance as a test rig for our VTN valves, but we think it's great to be able to help our neighbors and ensure their system isn't damaged. We hope to continue supporting our local neighbors in the same way our products do around the world
