THE NEW AND IMPROVED FLEXI SERIES, GxF200, IS HERE!

We’ve given our Flexi circulation unit series an update. It has gotten a brand new insulation shell and an adjustable wall bracket.

The ESBE circulation unit series GxF200, or Flexi as we call it, is a series of flexible circulation units which gives the installer the freedom to choose the pump of his/her liking. The installer can then pick the brand, function and capacity most suitable for the system. This may be necessary if the system has components that work better with specific pumps that ESBE does not currently offer.
In the new version of Flexi we have updated the insulation shell to make it easier to open during installation or maintenance and it is now made of the same high quality material as our other circulation units. The new design also makes it possible to fit larger valves inside, which means that we can now offer the Flexi in sizes DN25 and DN32. We have also taken the opportunity to upgrade the series with the same adjustable wall bracket as our other circulation units, which simplifies the installation.
Why choose a circulation unit from the Flexi series?
-    Compact design
-    Flexibility in selection of pump and controller
-    Quick and easy installation
-    Adjustable wall bracket
-    High-quality insulation shell in EPP – sustainable, lightweight, shockproof and low thermal conductivity for increased energy efficiency.

New Series of ESBE Flexi Circulation Units (GxF200)

ESBE GDF200 is a circulation unit with direct supply function

GDF200 – Direct supply
The GDF is a direct supplying circulation unit that delivers the hot water at the exact same temperature as it had when it left the heat source. This unit does not have its own mixing function and is used in systems where the heat source already controls the temperature, for example, via a weather-compensated controller. The main purpose is to distribute the hot water in larger systems, often to other circulation units or for domestic hot water heating.

ESBE GFF200 is a circulation unit with fixed temperature.

GFF200 – Fixed temperature
The GFF features a built-in thermostatic mixing valve for easy temperature control, which provides a constant, preset temperature. Hot water from the heat source is mixed down to the set temperature before reaching its destination, such as underfloor heating or radiators. This solution is suitable for systems lacking advanced external controllers and where thermal comfort is not the highest priority.

ESBE GRF200 is a circulation unit with mixing function that can be supplemented with an actuator or a controller from the ESBE ARA or CRx ranges.

GRF200 – Mixing function

The GRF is available in two versions – the GRF211, which includes a pre-assembled VRG mixing valve and the option to add any ESBE actuator or controller, and the GRF221, which comes with a pre-assembled VRG mixing valve and an ARA actuator. The circulation unit is used in heating circuits where flow and temperature control are required. Control with an actuator is achieved by sending an external control signal to the actuator, which in turn regulates the flow and mixing within the mixing valve. This allows the water temperature to be adjusted dynamically, making the circulation unit well-suited for systems requiring higher precision. If, instead, the circulation unit is supplemented with a controller from ESBE's CRx range with built-in control, you can choose between different models depending on what you want to regulate: supply line, outdoor compensated, or indoor controlled regulation.
