ESBE AB and its subsidiaries commit to respect and protect your personal data and personal integrity in accordance with applicable laws, industry regulations and other relevant norms.

Data controller

ESBE AB, organization number 556569-6319, is personally responsible under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the processing of personal data within the company. The subsidiaries ESBE GmbH, ESBE S.a.r.l, ESBE S.r.l. and ESBE HYDRONIC SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. is personally responsible for the processing of personal data that takes place in the context of their respective activities.

Collection of information

ESBE AB and its subsidiaries offer you the opportunity to order support material or register to subscribe to our newsletter through our websites. On these sites we get information about your name, information about how you want to be contacted and information necessary to complete your wishes. In order to improve our services and products, and to enable us to adapt our communication with you, we may also, in addition to the above, provide other information that may concern your personal or professional interests, place of residence and similar.

When you contact us, order, complain, return or deliver a product or service through, for example, internet, phone or personal meeting, your personal information will be registered in our systems and used for managing the cases. The data can also be used for market and customer analysis, follow-up and development of ESBE's services and for marketing purposes.

Contact persons at companies are registered with name, address, telephone number, department, e-mail address and position. For individual traders, the social security number is registered as it is the company's organization number.

Security

ESBE AB and its subsidiaries protect your personal data through technical and organizational security measures. In order to prevent unauthorized access and the accuracy of the information, we use encryption when sensitive information is processed.

We always strive for your personal data to be processed within the EU / EEA, but in cases where your personal data are transferred to non-EU / EEA countries, we include agreements regulating the transfer and handling of personal data, including, for example, the standard agreement clauses approved by the European Commission with the receiving the company to ensure that the level of protection is the same as in the EU / EEA.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file of data that the site you visit creates and sends to your browser. Cookies are stored in your computer's memory if you approve of this.

ESBE AB and its subsidiaries use cookies for Country and Language Selection and My Favorites feature to make it easier for you as a visitor. We do not use cookies to collect personal information. By the way, you can visit all parts of our sites without receiving cookie files.

To understand how visitors use our site, we use Google Analytics - a Google Inc. web analytics service ("Google"). The information generated is usually sent to a Google sever in the United States and stored there. With IP anonymization, your IP address will be shortened by Google within the EU / EEA, but will be shortened only in exceptional cases before storage in the U.S.A. The IP address sent as part of Google Analytics from your browser will not be linked to other Google data.

You can in your browser settings specify whether you accept that the cookie files are placed with you or not. You can also choose to remove any cookie file that has been placed with you at any time. Use of the information

ESBE AB and its subsidiaries manage and use the information you have provided to satisfy your needs and to provide you with a better service.

ESBE AB and its subsidiaries will not, without your consent, pass on information about you other than if this is required by law, or if required by you ordering or delivering a product or service.

No personal data will be disclosed to third parties, except for the information that is required for us to fulfil our obligations, such as address details when shipped by transport company. We sometimes use suppliers to facilitate the provision of our services, such as IT systems, operating and hosting services, web traffic analysis and mailing of newsletters. In cases where we provide personal information to third parties, we establish agreements and ensure that they are processed in a safe manner.

ESBE AB and its subsidiaries do not deliberately use information from children and minors, and do not conduct any marketing directed at children or minors.

Registry extracts, corrections and deletions

We maintain your personal information as long as a customer / supplier relationship between companies exists and they are needed to enable us to effect orders, deliveries, invoices, handling complaints and leave a claim, and to take advantage of the rights regarding, for example, warranties.

You are entitled to request the deletion of personal data we process about you, and you may require that our processing of your personal data be restricted for purposes other than those intended. You are always entitled to avoid direct marketing and may object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose.
